So tonight we gave The Greenhouse another ago and I must say we had a completely different experience to the one below, the customer service was amazing, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. Everyone in the restaurant appeared to be very happy and they all seemed to be regulars. It was just like the first we we went! It was a very refreshing experience and I will be recommending this establishment to friends. I can now positively say we will definitely be back. We had been to your restaurant previously and had a fantastic time, the menu, food and service was amazing, we could not fault you one bit. Saturday was my and my husbands 12th wedding anniversary so we decided to revisit your establishment with our family members, unfortunately this time we did not have the same experience, we were very disappointed that the menu had significantly decreased, the food was not at the same standard as prior and the atmosphere was definitely not the same. We also noticed that there had been a significant price rise, we had 4adults and 2 children, no entrees or dessert and paid $175 and that was with the 25% discount. I try not to be a negative person, however my hope in letting you know this will hopefully help you retain some customers. I wish you all the best in bringing your restaurant back to what it once was.
